Partly cloudy skies, highs in lower 70s Thursday before rainy stretch

Pleasant weather with sunshine and temperatures in the 60s and lower 70s is forecast Thursday, before a rainy and cool stretch begins Friday and lasts through the weekend.

Overnight lows were forecast in the upper 40s and lower 50s. Mostly sunny skies are forecast for the first half of the day Thursday, with increasing clouds in the afternoon and evening.

Highs are forecast in the lower 70s.

A cloudy and rainy pattern is expected to set in Friday, with rain chances throughout the day and increasing at night. About a 70 percent chance of rain is forecast Friday night into Saturday morning.

Highs are forecast only in the lower 60s Friday through Sunday, with overnight lows in the lower 50s.

Intermittent rain is likely throughout Saturday, with diminishing rain chances Sunday.
