Forecast calls for warmer weekend with no precipitation expected

Although the weather before Thanksgiving might have been dicey, those traveling home or beginning their holiday shopping this weekend can be thankful for a clear, increasingly warmer forecast.

Friday will be mostly sunny with a high around 38 and light winds. Saturday will be mostly cloudy but warmer, with highs reaching the mid 40s and an overnight low dropping around 37.

Temperatures will continue to rise Sunday, with a high expected to reach the mid-50s with partly sunny skies.

By Monday, the forecast calls for temperatures in the upper 50s, but also a 30 percent chance of rain and snow showers in the evening.
