Some clouds, temperatures in 50s forecast for Halloween

Increasing clouds and cool temperatures are forecast on Halloween, with crisp and dry weather expected for trick-or-treaters.

Overnight lows were forecast in the 40s, with temperatures in the 50s forecast throughout the day. Highs are expected in the upper 50s to around 60 degrees.

Partly cloudy skies are forecast in the morning, increasing throughout the day with mostly cloudy conditions by evening.

Rain showers are forecast to hold off until early Saturday morning, with lows again in the 40s.

Showers are likely Saturday with colder temperatures, in the upper 40s and lower 50s, and increasingly gusty winds. By the afternoon and evening, a 15-20 mph breeze and 25-30 mph gusts are expected, dropping wind chills into the 30s.

Daylight saving time ends Sunday, so set your clocks back an hour Saturday night.

Lows early Sunday morning are expected in the 30s around the region, to around 40 downtown. Some sunshine is forecast, but temperatures aren't expected to break out of the 40s.

Monday morning could start off at or below freezing for the first time this season.
