More precipitation is forecast Tuesday and Wednesday. Highs are forecast in the mid-30s Tuesday, with gusty winds and a wintry mix expected to arrive by afternoon. The precipitation is expected to turn to rain as temperatures warm into the 40s, possibly reaching 50, on Wednesday.
But another burst of wintry precipitation is possible Wednesday night into Thursday morning as the system moves out of the region and temperatures drop back into the upper 20s. A wintry mix of precipitation could linger into Thursday.
