Mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the mid- to upper 40s are forecast in the Baltimore area Wednesday.

Early morning lows were expected to drop into the mid- to upper 30s, with wind chills down to the lower 30s.

Clouds are forecast to increase Thursday and Friday, with highs in the mid-50s and lows in the 40s.

Chances for showers arrive overnight Friday and continue through Saturday.

Frigid air is forecast to arrive Sunday, with temperatures perhaps failing to break 40 degrees and lows dropping into the 20s overnight into Monday morning.
