Temperatures dropped to 51 degrees at Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport early Monday, the coolest morning there since May 24.
That was the coolest reading around the region. The Inner Harbor dropped to 56 degrees, while preliminary data suggests morning lows were 54 degrees in Westminster, 50 in Frederick and 56 in Hagerstown.
The Inner Harbor last hit 56 degrees June 3.
Normal lows this time of year in Baltimore are in the upper 50s.
Seasonable weather is forecast for the rest of the week, with highs in the upper 70s Monday and in the lower 80s for the middle of the week. The air will help it to feel like fall, with no sign of summer humidity.
