Sunny skies and blustery winds are forecast Friday, with temperatures expected to reach the lower 40s but wind chills around freezing and colder.
Overnight lows were forecast in the lower 30s, rising to the upper 30s by midday and slightly above 40 degrees in the afternoon. A west wind of 15-20 mph is forecast to make it feel like the upper 20s and lower 30s.
Lows drop back into the lower 20s by early Saturday morning, with highs close to freezing in the lower 30s Saturday afternoon and into Sunday. But more sunshine is expected.
Sunday afternoon is not expected to quite hit 50 degrees as had been forecast earlier this week, but highs are forecast in the mid-40s. A 50 percent chance of rain showers is expected.
Seasonable temperatures are forecast early next week with highs around 40 degrees and lows in the 20s and 30s.
