Temperatures could reach 50 degrees Wednesday after cold start to week

After a frigid start to the week, a movement of warm air into the Baltimore area could bring temperatures all the way up to nearly 50 degrees on Wednesday, the National Weather Service said.

The forecast calls for dry conditions and mostly sunny skies throughout the day, with a 30 percent chance of precipitation in the form of rain or snow overnight into the early hours of Thursday morning.
