What's on tap for Orlando theme parks in 2015?

Look for the theme-park landscape and Orlando skyline to change a bit in 2015. Precise opening dates are not yet available.

•The biggest visual addition already has sprouted near International Drive. The Orlando Eye, an 400-foot observation wheel at the new I-Drive 360 complex, will start spinning in spring.

I-Drive 360 also will incorporate Madame Tussauds wax museum stocked with representations of famous folk, including singers Ricky Martin and Selena Gomez, and a Sea Life aquarium. That trio will be operated by Merlin Entertainments.

Also coming to I-Drive 360 is Skeletons: A Museum of Osteology, which will feature animal and human bones with an educational emphasis.

•Just outside the gate of Legoland Florida, construction continues on the Legoland Hotel with 152 themed rooms. Reservations are being accepted for summer.

•SeaWorld Orlando is bringing back the sea-lion show. The new "Clyde and Seamore's Sea Lion High" is set to debut in spring.

•Downtown Disney's transition into Disney Springs will feature a handful of restaurant openings, including the Boathouse, Morimoto Asia and STK steakhouse, all in the Landings section. STK's location is where Comedy Warehouse once stood on Pleasure Island.

•The Crayola Experience, a hands-on crayon-based attraction, is expected to open at Florida Mall in the summer.

•And then there's that yet-to-be-identified construction going up at Universal's Islands of Adventure. The site is sandwiched between Toon Lagoon and Jurassic Park.
