Chef Kevin Dundon is giving Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant at Downtown Disney some local flavor. The chef debuted a new menu this week featuring three seasonal dishes using Wild Ocean seafood. The family-owned business based in Port Canaveral is a leader in sustainable seafood practices.
The new items include: Whiskey in a jar ($13), citrus-poached shrimp with whiskey-spiked sauce, cucumbers and watercress; El Nino ($15), roasted shrimp on polenta in a spiced bean, onion and peppers "Piperada;" and the pale ($27), shrimp and clams with corn, potatoes in a Raglan IPA broth. Raglan Road is in Downtown Disney, an entertainment complex that is transitioning into Disney Springs. The dish is served with soda bread scones.
