HGTV is headed to the beach.
The popular home and garden network is searching for homeowners in the Delaware area who are interested in renovating their beach houses in September of October for a national TV show from the producers of House Hunters International.
The casting call seeks homeowners with three spaces to renovate and estimates the work should be completed within six weeks. The renovations will be in concert with a fifth-generation builder, according to HGTV.
While no financing information is provided, HGTV pledges homeowners will receive "one-of-a-kind quality renovations." The show is a pilot episode so it's not part of the network's current lineup.
