As she waited at the busy corner of Greenmount Avenue and 33rd Street to catch the No. 8 downtown, Campbell struggled to understand why anyone would propose eliminating service on much of Greenmount.
Two suspects creep through an alley, each with a gun drawn. Suddenly they open fire and begin to retreat, as sparks fly around them. Baltimore Police released surveillance footage of the shooting in the 900 block of N. Calhoun Street on Tuesday with the hope that members of the community will help them identify the two men, who are now suspects in a homicide investigation.
