Winter weather advisory issued north of Baltimore with 1-3 inches snow forecast Tuesday night, Wednesday
Another spell of frigid Arctic air dropped wind chills into the single digits early Monday morning, and is forecast to bring chances for 1-2 inches of snow Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.
Snow showers are forecast along a cold front expected to pass through the region. The National Weather Service is expecting the heaviest accumulations north and west of Baltimore.
A winter weather advisory is in effect from 4 p.m. Tuesday to 7 a.m. Wednesday in Carroll, northern Baltimore and northwestern Harford counties, along the Pennsylvania border. As much as 3 inches of snow could fall in those areas.
