- The First Tee of Howard County is holding its 13th annual charity outing Aug. 8 at Fairways Hills golf club. Lunch and dinner after is provided. There is a 12:30 p.m. shotgun start in a scramble style of play. First Tee is seeking foursomes to participate, and would also like the support of the local business community for sponsorship purposes.
