What the NFL has done in moving the Rams to Los Angeles ¿ whether it was done to Baltimore or Cleveland or St. Louis, and whether or not the ultimate outcome for each locality has been good or bad ¿ is reprehensible.

The St. Louis Rams are moving to Los Angeles, news that is largely insignificant to the Ravens but tremendously conspicuous in Baltimore.

Tim Connelly said recently that he had already exceeded his dreams by becoming the assistant general manager of an NBA team three years ago. The 36-year-old Baltimore native might be raising his career bar again.
