Ravens receivers coach David Culley will be John Harbaugh's first passing coordinator

The Ravens have hired David Culley as assistant head coach and wide receivers coach, the team announced Tuesday.

Culley, 63, also will be the first assistant coach in John Harbaugh’s 11-plus years in Baltimore to serve as a passing coordinator. He will work this offseason with offensive coordinator Greg Roman to help rebuild the offense around Lamar Jackson, a gifted runner and developing passer.

Culley spent the past two seasons as the Buffalo Bills’ quarterbacks coach, where this past season he worked with rookie Josh Allen. He previously served with Harbaugh for a decade on Andy Reid’s Philadelphia Eagles staff.
