Towson ends two-game women's basketball losing streak

Kionna Jeter scored 14 points, Nukiya Mayo had 12 points and Janeen Camp had 11 to lead visiting Towson women's basketball to a 68-56 victory over Hofstra Friday night.

The Tigers improved to 13-8, 7-3 Colonial Athletic Association and the Pride fell to 7-15, 1-9 in their third straight loss. The victory ended a two-game losing streak for Towson. Sandra Karsten had a game-high 15 points and Boogie Brozoski had 11 points for Hofstra.
