Police officer who collapsed from a heart attack while jogging honored along with responders at a June 1 ceremony.

Scott Miller, who suffered a heart attack on April 17 and received aid from two University of Maryland, Baltimore County students, was released from St. Agnes Hospital on Monday. Miller will celebrate his 15th anniversary as a police officer at Wilkens Station, which patrols Catonsville and Arbutus, in December.
