Edythe J. Larsson, a homemaker and former longtime Kensington resident, died of pneumonia Sunday at the Charlestown Retirement Community in Catonsville. She was 94.
The former Edythe Dagmar Johnson was born in Bird Island, Minn., and moved with her family to Greeley, Colo. She attended North Park College in Chicago.
During World War II, she moved to Washington and worked as a secretary for the FBI.
While working in Washington, she met and married Alcott J. Larsson, a naval officer, in 1945, and settled in Kensington. They were longtime active members of Fourth Presbyterian Church in Bethesda, where Mrs. Larsson was a member of the women's ministry, missions outreach...
