As the 2013 legislative session winds down for the Harford County delegation in Annapolis, local lawmakers said they have been kept busy this year with prominent bills like those repealing the death penalty and issuing stricter gun control measures.
Most of the coverage of the gun control issue seems to boil down to rural versus urban, those who might "still" have guns at home are hicks compared to those wiser, more trusting, urbane souls who are more willing to cede the control of lethal violence to the government.

He is no sycophant. Using mocking and derogatory language about your opponent on an issue does nothing to justify or promote your position.
