Thomas Russell Hubbard, a retired health sciences teacher at the Community College of Baltimore City and Northwestern High School, died of heart failure March 23 at Bon Secours Hospital in Chesapeake, Va. The former Lochearn resident was 90.
Claudine Snowden, a retired business school teacher and University of Maryland library worker, died of a respiratory ailment Wednesday at Union Memorial Hospital. The Northwest Baltimore resident was 92.

Dr. Evelyn P. Valentine, a veteran Baltimore public school educator and founder of the Pasteur Center for Strategic Management Ltd., died Thursday of heart disease at her Northeast Baltimore home. She was 77.
