Winner of 13 games in a row, Maryland said it wanted a test. It got one ¿ and then some ¿ Wednesday night from a rugged Florida State team that erased a 12-point, second-half deficit to defeat the turnover-prone Terps, 65-62, at Comcast Center.

The Terps certainly answered some of their skeptics who questioned the soft non-conference schedule Turgeon put together for his young team. Again, the second-year Maryland coach showed that he knew what was best for his team.
