- It's that time again to mark your calendars for the 2012 Cecil County Fair to be held July 20 to 28 in Fair Hill. A variety quarter auction will be held today (Friday) at St. Paul's Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall at 201 Mount Royal Ave. in Aberdeen. Doors open at 6 p.m. with games starting at 7.
