- The No. 2 Mount Saint Joseph boys and the No. 4 Maryvale girls both used strong depth to win track and field championships on Saturday at Calvert Hall.
- Gilman and Maryvale both recorded impressive victories at the MIAA/IAAM track and field championships Friday at the Prince George's Sports and Learning Complex in Landover. Gilman scored 176 points to win the Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association title. In the Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland, Maryvale won its first girls indoor track title with 197 points.

- The Dulaney boys cross country team comes into the 33rd annual Barnhart Invitational on Saturday at Dulaney High as the team to beat after winning the meet in 2014 and 2013.
