The Baltimore County Police Department will partner with Towson University this weekend "to ensure a safe and successful Tigerfest," according to a county press release. Police presence is being stepped up, and special enforcement patrols will be on hand April 24 and 25, from 11 a.m. until 3 a.m. in the Donnybrook, Knollwood, Burkleigh Square and Towson Manor neighborhoods and in apartment complexes on Kenilworth Drive, the press release states.
