KeyW Holding Corp., a Hanover-based cybersecurity firm serving the U.S. intelligence communtiy, will be acquired by Jacobs, a global engineering firm headquartered in Dallas, for $815 million. - Harford County's Board of Estimates has approved spending nearly $215,000 on "multi-modal corridor study" of Route 924 in order to develop ways to improve the corridor for all forms of transportation and make it a greater asset to the surrounding area.
