Judge rules Baltimore must cover payment to GTTF victim; city to appeal in face of wave of similar cases
A Baltimore judge on Friday ruled that the city must indemnify three former Gun Trace Task Force officers by paying a $32,000 judgment to the estate of a man who said they planted a gun on him.
