The Hampstead American Legion Post 200 has their annual Veterans Tree set up in the lounge. The Legion has set the tree up now for 10 years.

- The Manchester Volunteer Fire Department is featuring its annual Train Garden from noon until 6 p.m. Saturdays, Dec. 10, Dec. 17, and Sundays, Dec. 11, 18; and from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24, Saturday, Dec. 31 and Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017. The train garden is free to the public and is located on the second floor of the fire department.
- On Giving Tuesday, all donations to a San Diego nonprofit will be spent on books for the library at Harlem Park Elementary/Middle School.
