A legislative aide to Harford Del. Mary-Dulany James and his brother were charged following a fight at the Lowe House of Delegates Building in Annapolis during the last night of the Maryland General Assembly session on Monday, according to the Maryland Capitol Police.
The Maryland House of Delegates will meet Saturday to vote on dozens of bills on the last weekend of the 2014 General Assembly session, including measures to decriminalize marijuana and ban grain alcohol.
