Allan Kittleman spoke for more than an hour to the Greater Highland Crossroads Associaton, touching on topics such as the just-completed legislative session, the proposed table games bill, the budget process and the "doomsday" budget, among others. - Highland/Fulton: Julianne Knoblett, a student at Lime Kiln Middle School and a member of Girl Scout Troop 2527, is working, along with her troop, on earning their Silver Award.
