Three weeks after receiving a kidney transplant from his brother, a former Ravens' player, Chris Kemoeatu has heard all of the wisecracks. "Everyone jokes about me having a Ravens' kidney," he says. His brother, Ma'ake, gave it to him.

Former Ravens starting nose tackle Ma'ake Kemoeatu successfully donated a kidney to his younger brother, former Pittsburgh Steelers offensive guard Chris Kemoeatu during a surgical procedure in August.

Looking to round out their defensive line rotation, the Baltimore Ravens have agreed to terms with veteran nose tackle Ma'ake Kemoeatu, a league source has confirmed. Kemoeatu will likely replace backup nose tackle Brandon McKinney, who signed with Chuck Pagano and the Indianapolis Colts in free agency.

The Ravens would like to improve their offensive line during the offseason, but the best move they could make in free agency would be re-signing Ben Grubbs, who could soon be one of the top guards available.
