Highland/Fulton: Julianne Knoblett, a student at Lime Kiln Middle School and a member of Girl Scout Troop 2527, is working, along with her troop, on earning their Silver Award. Their goal: to assist the House of Ruth and raise awareness about its contributions to help abused women and children.
