William E. Finley, a world-renowned urban developer and former Rouse Co. executive and project director who oversaw the planning and development of the new city of Columbia during the 1960s, died Jan. 25 of congestive heart failure at Boca Raton Regional Hospital in Boca Raton, Fla. He was 93.

Hank Peters, general manager and architect of the last Orioles team to win a World Series in 1983, died at Sunday morning. He was 90.

Joel J. "Buddy" Finkelstein, a semi-retired businessman who earlier had been the official scorer at the Civic Center for the Baltimore Bullets, died April 24 in Florida of complications from Parkinson's disease at Boca Raton Regional Hospital in Florida. He was 81.
