- Thomas James Myers Sr., a retired National Brewing Co. executive, died of lung cancer Oct. 2 at Gilchrist Hospice Care. The Timonium resident was 80.
- Robert L. Taylor, a retired Peninsula Bank executive who earlier worked at Mercantile-Safe Deposit and Trust Co., died Feb. 19 of congestive heart failure at his North Ocean City home. He was 87.
- Six strokes robbed former Baltimore Clippers enforcer Aldo Guidolin of his speech, but he gets by with help from his wife of 59 years.
