- Liberty's Nick Tilson crossed the finish line in 17 minutes, 3 seconds, a little more than one second ahead of Joey Navarro of Oakland Mills. Each runner got credit for a victory, with Navarro's time the fastest among the large school teams. But Tilson had the overall win, and he helped Liberty win the small schools title in the process.
