Priscilla G. Teeter, a registered nurse who later became an administrator with the Carroll County Health Department, died May 30 of brain cancer at Carroll Lutheran Village in Westminster. She was 85.

She, along with Anjali Mahadevia and Anjali Shroff, both in 11th grade at Atholton High School, Sashi Rai in ninth grade at River Hill High School, and Leena Rai, in fifth grade at Pointers Run, founded an organization called South Asian Girls Education (S.A.G.E.) to change lives through education for girls.
