Bias scores 41 at Cameron

Jan. 25, 1986: Senior forward Len Bias scored a career-high 41 points in an 80-68 loss to the No. 2 Blue Devils at Cameron Indoor Stadium. It was Maryland's sixth straight loss to start the ACC season, but Duke coach Mike Kryzyzewski calls Bias' performance the best ever by an opposing player in Durham. Though Bias hit 14 of 20 shots and made all 13 of his free throws, Lefty Driesell said, "They got a big lead and we could never catch up." Bias didn't talk to the media after the game, as a frustrated Driesell sent his players to the team bus without showering after the game.
