Vasquez was joined on the All-America second team by Cole Aldrich (Kansas), James Anderson (Oklahoma State), DeMarcus Cousins (Kentucky), Luke Harangody ( Notre Dame) and Jon Scheyer (Duke). First-team selections were Sherron Collins (Kansas), Wesley Johnson (Syracuse), Scottie Reynolds (Villanova), Evan Turner ( Ohio State) and John Wall (Kentucky).
