Terps' Booth selected to ACC's Legends Class

Keith Booth

(Dunbar), who helped Maryland to four NCAA tournament appearances as a shooting guard from 1994 to 1997 and has been a Terps assistant coach for the past five seasons, was named to the Atlantic Coast Conference's 2010 Men's Basketball Tournament Legends Class on Tuesday. Booth was a third-team All-America selection in 1997 by the Associated Press and the NABC and is ranked ninth on the Maryland career scoring list with 1,776 points, sixth in rebounds and sixth in steals. He earned first-team All-ACC accolades in 1997 and third-team honors in 1995 and was a second-team All-ACC tournament pick in 1997. The class includes former North Carolina State guard

each had 12 for the Green Terror, which extended its winning streak to 13 games and recorded its largest win in the series.

(Glenelg), a third-team All-American last season, and senior midfielder

(Severn) were among four co-captains named by Vanderbilt.

Men's indoor track and field:

Navy sophomore

was named Patriot League Track Athlete of the Week.
