How they got here: Princeton routed Penn, 63-34, in the Ivy League tournament championship game Sunday at the Palestra in Philadelphia. Sophomore Alarie, a Bethesda resident who attended National Cathedral, was honored as the tournament’s most outstanding player. Robinson, a senior, and Abby Meyers, a freshman from Potomac and Walt Whitman, were named to the all-tournament team. The Tigers are in their seventh NCAA tournament in the past nine years, all under Banghart. Qalea Ismail, a junior guard from Bel Air who attended Patterson Mill, averages 4.3 points in 11.9 minutes a game.
