While it seems a longshot for the Ravens to be playing on Super Bowl Sunday, the Maryland men's basketball team will be in the national television spotlight that day.

The Terps will host Wisconsin in a 1 p.m. start at Xfinity Center on Feb. 4, according to the television and tipoff schedule released by the Big Ten Thursday. The game will be televised on CBS.

It will mark Maryland's second straight Sunday in the CBS national game, after a Jan. 28 home game against Michigan State.

The Terps could also play on CBS if they reach the Big Ten conference semifinals, which will be played a week earlier than normal and are scheduled for New York's Madison Square Garden.

Maryland will also play on the CBS Sports Network against St. Bonaventure at 9:30 p.m. and either TCU or New Mexico on Nov. 24-25 (4 p.m. or 7 p.m.) in the Emerald Coast Classic in Niceville, Florida.

The starting times and television outlet for most of Maryland's games were announced by the Big Ten.

Information about the starting time and television outlet against Butler in the Gavitt Tipoff Games Nov. 15 and against Syracuse in the Big Ten ACC Challenge on Nov. 27 will be announced at a later time.

Among the highlights:

The Terps will open the season Nov. 10 against Stony Brook at the Nassau Coliseum on Long Island, with tipoff on BTN Plus at 7 p.m. The home opener will be two nights later against UMES beginning at 6 p,.m., also on BTN Plus.

Maryland will open its Big Ten schedule on Dec. 1 at home against reigning regular season champion Purdue at 7 p.m. on BTN.
