Wide receiver Jahrvis Davenport from Tampa commits to Maryland

Wide receiver Jahrvis Davenport committed to play for the Terps on Friday, he announced on his Twitter account.

Davenport, a 5-10, 180-pound junior from Robinson High School in Tampa, Fla., is Maryland's 11th commit in the class of 2015. He also received offers from Ball State, Buffalo, Charleston Southern and Connecticut.

He's a two-star prospect according to Rivals.com and a three-star according to 247Sports.

He tweeted that he visited the campus Thursday and made his decision the following day.
