The school will continue to sell tickets for men's and women's soccer.
Jeff Barker reported in June that the school was considering adding a fee to attend volleyball and wrestling matches, but associate athletic director Ryan Bowles said nothing had been decided at the time.
The Terps are stepping into a more competitive conference for those sports.
Penn State has won five of the past seven NCAA volleyball titles and defeated fellow Big Ten member Wisconsin in last year's championship. The Nittany Lions visit College Park on Nov. 22.
Big Ten schools have won the past eight team national titles in wrestling. Penn State has won the past four, and the Nittany Lions have combined with Iowa and Minnesota to win all but four of the national championships since 1995.
Tickets for the wrestling matches against those three opponents will cost more than for other single-match admissions.
