A combination of Wednesday's 74-64 win at Northwestern and Sunday's 71-60 loss at Wisconsin kept Maryland in the Associated Press Top 25 this week, though the Terps dropped from No. 23 last week to No. 24 in the poll released Monday.
Maryland (22-5, 10-4) is one of three Big Ten teams currently ranked.
Interestingly, the Badgers fell from No. 11 to No. 15 after losing at Michigan Thursday and then beating the Terps in Madison. Purdue rose from No. 16 to No. 14 after home wins over Rutgers and Michigan State.
