Where: SECU Arena

Tickets: 410-73-BLAST, ticketmaster.com or baltimoreblast.com

Outlook: The two rivals are headed in opposite directions with the defending Major Arena Soccer League champion Blast in first place in the Eastern Division, and the Heat, who have lost six of seven, in the basement. The Blast won back-to-back games over the weekend, closing with a 3-2 win at Cedar Rapids on Saturday. Lucas Roque figured in all the scoring with two goals and an assist, with newcomer Jon Orlando scoring the winning goal in his third game with the team. The Heat, who gave the Blast a significant push in last season’s playoffs, have struggled after a 3-1 start. However, in the teams’ first meeting in Harrisburg on Dec. 16, they did earn a 6-5 shootout win over the Blast. Ex-Blast player Lucio Gonzaga leads the Heat with 13 goals. The Blast have nagging injuries to key players, with leading scorer Tony Donatelli (groin), forward Vini Dantas (hamstring) and defender Pat Healey (hamstring) hoping to be ready by Saturday.
