Outlook: The Blast continued its flawless play in the new Major Arena Soccer League with a 29-8 rout at Harrisburg last Saturday. The team's balanced scoring also continued with nine players scoring goals, led by three-goal efforts by Adriano Dos Santos and Vini Dantas. The competition in the league's Eastern Division has been no match for the Blast, which owns a five-game lead over the second-place Silver Knights and Rochester Lancers. In seven division games, the Blast outscored its opponents by a whopping 140-31 margin. In three victories against Syracuse, the Blast has won by an eight-point margin. Lucas Roque leads the Blast in scoring with 15 goals and three assists for 18 points, while goalie William Vanzela is 8-0 with a league-best 2.5 goals against. The Blast will look to mark out Elmo Neto, who has 14 goals and six assists and leads the Silver Knights with 20 points.
