Wisconsin nose tackle Beau Allen and Bowling Green tight end Alex Bayer visited the Ravens this week, according to sources.
Allen was snubbed for the NFL scouting combine but has outstanding size for a nose guard at 6-foot-2 1/2 and 330 pounds.
He's regarded as a late-round draft target.
At his campus Pro Day workout in front of 20 NFL teams, Allen bench pressed 225 pounds 30 times and had a 31-inch vertical leap. He didn't finish his 40-yard dash due to a tweaked hamstring.
Allen has lined up at defensive tackle in a 4-3 alignment in the past and shifted inside to nose guard last year when the Badgers went to a 3-4 defense.
He played in the East-West Shrine all-star game in January.
Bayer is a 6-foot-4, 257-pound player who finished his career with 115 receptions for 1,543 yards and 10 touchdowns.
He caught 37 passes for 593 yards and four touchdowns last season.
Bayer has also visited the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
At his Pro Day, Bayer ran the 40-yard dash in 4.77 and 4.78 seconds with a 31.5-inch vertical leap and a 9-3 broad jump. He bench pressed 225 pounds 20 times.
He's drawing late-round grades.
