Ravens left tackle Ronnie Stanley a game-time decision for Sunday

Ravens left tackle Ronnie Stanley calls himself "a game-time decision" for Sunday vs. Washington Redskins.

After sitting out his fifth consecutive practice with a foot injury, Ravens rookie left tackle Ronnie Stanley said his availability for Sunday’s game against the Washington Redskins at M&T Bank Stadium will not be determined until the day of the game.

“It’s going to be a game-time decision,” the sixth overall pick in the 2016 NFL draft said Thursday.

Stanley did not play in the team’s 28-27 loss to the Oakland Raiders on Sunday, but had said on Wednesday that his foot was improving. Stanley said Thursday he told coach John Harbaugh that he is eager to play.

“Coach knows I want to play, and it’s definitely a decision left up to him,” Stanley said. “We’ve been in constant communication. It’s not going to be a surprise to me whether he chooses for me to play or not.”

Return specialist Devin Hester Sr. and tight end Maxx Williams missed their second straight practice. Hester has been bothered by a thigh ailment since last week, and Williams injured his knee in the loss to Oakland.

Outside linebacker Terrell Suggs, nose tackle Brandon Williams, and right guard Marshal Yanda did not practice for non-injury reasons.

Rookie running back Kenneth Dixon (strained medial collateral ligament in left knee) fully participated for a second consecutive day, and cornerback Sheldon Price (thigh) practiced on a limitied basis for the second straight day.

Washington starting cornerback Bashaud Breeland was absent from practice for a second consecutive day due to a strained tendon in his ankle. Two Redskins starters, outside linebacker Ryan Kerrigan (sprained left elbow) and left tackle Trent Williams (knee), were limited for the second straight day.

Two other starters, defensive end Chris Baker (elbow and toe) and left guard Shawn Lauvao (ankle) were upgraded from limited to full participation. Starting cornerback Josh Norman (hand) practiced fully for a second consecutive day.
