However, Osemele didn’t practice Friday because of a knee injury and he was listed as questionable on the game’s final injury report. Questionable players are given a 50 percent chance to play.
Osemele, who has started every game this season, would be a big loss if he can’t play because the Ravens’ top reserve guard John Urschel will start at center Sunday for an injured Jeremy Zuttah. Ryan Jensen would likely be Osemele’s replacement against a Rams defensive line that features five former first-round draft picks.
Rookie tight end Nick Boyle (foot) was declared doubtful and is line to miss the first game of his career. Boyle, who has 14 catches for 128 yards this season, still has a walking boot on his left foot. With him likely out, the Ravens could use Chase Ford, who they signed off the Minnesota Vikings practice squad this week, as the third tight end or they could dress just starter Crockett Gillmore and rookie reserve Maxx Williams.
Rush linebacker Elvis Dumervil (knee) was probable on the injury report and will play.
The Rams also could be without a couple of key pieces. Starting right tackle Rob Havenstein, a Mount Airy native, is doubtful to play because of a calf injury. The Rams will likely have two rookies – Cody Wichmann and Andrew Donnal – starting on the offensive line.
