Ravens don't practice Thursday but release injury report

The Ravens and the Cleveland Browns didn't practice on Christmas Day.

They did release projected injury reports.

The Ravens projected that defensive end Chris Canty (ankle, thigh), offensive tackle Eugene Monroe (ankle) and outside linebacker Terrell Suggs (back, thigh) would not have practiced.

Canty and Suggs are expected to play Sunday. Monroe is regarded as questionable after getting hurt last week against the Houston Texans. If Monroe can't play, the Ravens would likely have undrafted rookie James Hurst start in his place.

The Browns projected as not participating: wide receiver Andrew Hawkins (thumb), quarterback Brian Hoyer (right shoulder, biceps), defensive lineman Ahtyba Rubin (ankle) and center Ryan Seymour (hamstring).

Tight end Gary Barnidge (ribs), defensive lineman Desmond Bryant (thumb), cornerback Joe Haden (shoulder), wide receiver Marlon Moore (knee), outside linebacker Jabaal Sheard (foot) and cornerback K'Waun Williams (hamstring) were projected as limited participants.

NFL teams generally take Tuesdays off, but because of the holiday the Ravens and Browns practiced Tuesday and took Thursday off.
